Standard Warranty Coverage

All electrical products purchased from WEPROD S.R.L. are covered by a 2-year standard warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

Customers who have selected the optional 1-year extended warranty will benefit from a total coverage period of 3 years.

If an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Any form of physical damage
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Issues resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us by email at:

You will receive an automatic confirmation. Please reply to that email with a short video clearly showing the issue (e.g. the product not turning on, not charging, or malfunctioning during normal use).

If you are unable to provide video evidence, we may request that the item be returned to our facility for inspection.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted under any circumstances
• Only claims that fully comply with the warranty terms and reporting conditions will be reviewed and processed
